Minnewaska Area High School Activity Registration Is Now Open for the 2023-2024 School Year!!
Parents, complete your activities registration online.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INTERNET ACCESS: Please contact 320-239-1305 or pjohnsru@isd2149.org and we'll set up an appointment to come into CE/Activities Office where we will provide computer access and staff assistance to fill out the forms online!
Please read and follow the steps below carefully. Note: You are only registered once ALL steps are completed.
- Athletes must have current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Activities Office. Physicals are good for 3 years from the date of your last physical. You can get the blank Physical Forms here. Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it into the office or you can scan it and submit completed Physical Forms online. If you choose to bring in your physical forms to the CE/Activities office, please make sure you have completed the online registration form before doing so.
- Fill out and submit the online registration form here.
- UPON COMPLETION OF YOUR REGISTRATION FORM, SELECT "PAY NOW" TO PAY WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, OR SELECT "PAY LATER" TO PAY WITH CASH OR CHECK.
Once you completed the online registration form, if you chose the "Pay Later" option, please bring payment to Phil Johnsrud in the Community Education/Activities Office at Minnewaska Area High School or mail it to: Carrie Janu, MAHS Community Education & Activities Office, 25122 State Highway 28, Glenwood, MN 56334.
